Compensation Structure

What You Earn
As a Partner.

Compensation is confirmed directly with our managing principal and documented in the Capital Raiser Partnership Agreement prior to any investor introductions. All structures are compliant with applicable securities laws.

1–3%
Placement Commission
Paid per closing on gross capital raised. Tiered structure based on volume and relationship tenure. Exact rate confirmed in partnership agreement.
Enhanced
Early Investor Incentive
Enhanced commission tier available on the first $10M raised. Available to qualified network partners only. Ask about the EDC structure.
Quarterly
AUM Override
Quarterly override on AUM for qualifying relationships. Requires a separate AUM agreement with the managing principal.
On Close
Payment Timing
Placement fee paid on capital closes per agreement terms. No advance payments. Clawback provisions may apply in certain circumstances as outlined in the agreement.
